Enjoying the Outdoors During COVID-19

The COVID-19 global pandemic has changed many details of our every day. Please remember to help flatten the curve and slow the spread of the virus by following social distancing guidelines.

Here are some social distancing tips from the Arkansas Department of Parks, Heritage and Tourism (ADPHT):

  • Maintain a distance of 6 ft. or more from others when walking, hiking, jogging or biking.
  • Use a tissue or your elbow when coughing/sneezing.
  • Carry hand sanitizer with you.
  • Avoid contact with sick people.
  • Stay home if you are sick.
    Do Not:
  • Do not congregate in groups.
  • Do not shake hands, give hugs, touch others or touch your face.
